There are few speakers and authors that I have connected with like Brené Brown. I would like to think it is because we are both social workers, Texans, and soul mates... but realistically I know that it is because her work on vulnerability and shame is so powerful and universal.

I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator and offer experiential groups in the Daring Greatly™ method designed by Dr. Brené Brown.

Daring Greatly™ groups provide an intimate and safe setting to dig more deeply into the work, to explore what it means for our own lives, and to share that experience with like-minded people. It's a revolutionary process.

Daring Greatly™ Groups

Daring Greatly™ calls us to “Show up, Be Seen, Live Brave.” In the group we will explore what it looks like to be engaged in our lives in meaningful ways, to be connected to ourselves and others with vulnerability and compassion, and to have the courage to live authentically.

Daring Greatly™ transforms the way we live, love, parent, and lead...

Daring Greatly™ is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. During the process facilitators explore topics such as Vulnerability, Courage, Shame, and Worthiness. Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

I facilitate Daring Greatly™ groups through secure video conferencing, so they are available to folks all over the world.
